Technology
Our D-Cycle replaces the traditional piston in an internal combustion engine with a vertically split-piston. Our new technology completes the four engine strokes in a single crankshaft revolution, increasing engine power density and dramatically improving fuel efficiency.

Passenger Vehicle
We converted a production Ford Fox/Ecoboost 1.0L engine to D-Cycle™, and improved the fuel efficiency of one of the world’s best production engine by 20%.
US Military
We retrofitted a U.S. Marine Corps Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement convoy truck engine with D-Cycle™, and reduced fuel use by 20%.
